We are excited to announce a new search order feature that allows you to search by Selamat sales order number or your customer PO number to return information about your order!
If your order has been shipped, you will see tracking information. If the result does not include tracking information, the order is in the fulfillment queue and should ship within one to two weeks, assuming payment has been remitted.
If your order does not appear in results, it is possible that it has not yet been entered (please allow up to three business days), or that you are searching with the incorrect information.
